2015 Malibu Eco Ls 2.5 error codes after battery replaced

All those voltage codes point to a bad connection issue. Don't dismiss a new battery being defective also, it happens, and new batteries should be put on a charger, so they get fully charged.
Every time you start the car all the systems and modules boot up and low voltage will set weird codes when they boot up. That's why battery and connections are critical as battery runs the systems until the alternator comes online to power the car.
ECM failures are not common.
Wiring diagram to locate the multiple ground points so they can be checked is a must. Battery cables need to be checked also.
