Torque Specefication !!

hello

i want to change my front shock / absorber and rear shock and absorber

but i try to find Torque Specification to all to make sure i don't over screw the nut to damage the bolt ...

i found something like this for a old 1988 Pontiac :

But can we find something like that for Malibu 2008 2LT 4CYL ...

Did someone know a website with all torque bolt specefication ??

i know somebody use feeling ... but i like to know the real information ..

Well thank you ..

well i found some information a little bit every where

the top i did it at 42 fT/lbs (link kit)
the top plate 3x bolts at 20 Ft/LBS
and the brak hoose i Think it's 20 FT / Lbs watch out to don't screw too much i broke the bolt ... loll now it's a tie rap hold the brake line ...
the Tie Rod castle i saw it's 29 Ft LBS
it took 2 hours to change 1 shock and 1 Tie rod ... the /"$/"%/!!"!&*& rod near the inner rod... was stuck.... loll


thx for the information the Gen-7 it's two bolt on top and one in bottom i think... i do mine tomorow ..
