Go to the Gen7 main section and look for the sticky thread "fretting corrosion" and read that. It should give you some ideas. The IPC is not that hard to get out, and it unplugs with one simple bail-type plug. Unplugging that and plugging it back in a number of times, as well as cleaning it with DeOxIt and then applying dielectric grease should help. At worst, it won't hurt and will just be time spent trying to make it better.

With no codes, then I'd conclude that it's probably a connection issue that may need just a little cleaning.
