Purchased 2012 1LT from Hare Chevrolet in Noblesville, IN, on 5/16; stickered for $24,290, which only included option was a cargo net. Nitrofill was added to the tires by the Dealer and after analyzing the deal learned that I was charged $49.35. Got $713.65 off sticker, $3,000 rebate, $1,000 private offer which popped up on GM's website but did not appear on several prior visits in the immediately preceding few days, $500 rebate labeled Memorial Weekend cash that I was made aware of when I arrived at the dealership but appeared on GM's website when I subsequently viewed after the purchase, and $1,000 dealer cash. So in summary I got $4,500 from GM and $1,713.65 from the Dealer. Net price was $18,125.70.

In my personal opinion, that seems like a really good deal. Please, don't hesitate to contact me in the future with comments, questions and/or concerns.

really?? I wanna see the purchase order. I paid more for my 1LZ as a GM dealership employee?? I bought my 1LZ May 9th 2012, so same incentives.
Actually the incentives were probably not the same. I also had about 2250 in GM crd earnings, 750 in USAA incentives plus a 'memorial day' additional incentive of 500 which did not kick in until the last days of May.

Barneyz must be referring to a 2LT 4-cylinder, because a 2LZ would mean he got an LTZ V6 which has an MSRP of $30k. No incentive in the world will knock that price down under $19k.

Believe me, BarneyZ knows a 2LZ, and a good deal, when he sees it! ;)

You skeptics might want to check this out. This is a twin to my car, deal still available:

Tell Ryan I sent you!

I bought a 1LT on May 29, 2012 with Power/Convenience Package which stickered for $24,790.

It broke down like this for a final deal:

24,790 (MSRP)
- 1,035 (Dealer Discount)
- 3,000 (Customer Incentive)
- 1,000 (Factory to Dealer Money)
- 1,000 (GM Private Offer which popped up when visiting Chevy.com)
- 500 (Memorial Day Cash)
- 1,793 (GM Card Earnings)
+ 100 (GM Splash Guards Installed)
---------
16,562.00 (Vehicle Price)
+ 1,076.53 (6.5% Sales Tax)
+ 305.00 (MN Registration, plate fee, filing fee, etc)
+ 75.00 (Doc Fee)
------------
$18018.53 Out the door

I thought I got a pretty good deal. Heck of a car for $16,5xx.

I did get USAA but GM card points don't work with employee pricing. Silly customers still get better deals than employees! I missed out on the extra $500 too, but there were only 2 cars left in the state with the exact color combo I wanted so I had to pull the trigger.

Well done sir, well done. You could sell the car now and make $$

I just bought a used 2012 1LT with power/convenience package for $15,900 last weekend. Had no intentions of getting a Malibu that day either!

I did the build your car on the chevy website just like mine, it came out over $24,000 so I think I got a deal!
